At Sensa Belle, we offer free standard shipping on all orders to the Netherlands and Belgium. We only deliver to these two countries.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (Free): Delivery within 8 to 25 business days after processing.

Express Shipping (€4.99): Faster delivery available for a flat rate of €4.99.

Processing Time

After payment confirmation, your order will take 1 to 3 business days to process. This includes order confirmation, processing, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is 8 to 25 business days after dispatch. In rare cases, such as postal service delays in the Netherlands or Belgium, delivery may take up to 30 business days.

Shipping Method

Orders are delivered via local postal services or couriers, depending on availability and region. A tracking code will be provided by email once the shipment has been dispatched.

Liability and Delays

We guarantee the delivery of your order. Should an order be lost or damaged before receipt, we will offer a new shipment free of charge or refund the full purchase price.

If the package cannot be delivered due to an error in the address or the recipient's absence and is returned, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
